Privacy Policy

Best Calc App is a financial calculator app. We do not create user accounts, do not collect personal information, and do not transmit any data off your device. The only data stored is your optional calculation history, which lives entirely on your device and can be deleted at any time from Settings.

1. Information We Collect

We collect no personal information. Specifically:

• No name, email address, or contact information
• No account or login credentials
• No location data
• No camera or microphone access
• No payment or financial account information

2. Calculation History

If you use a calculator, the app may save the inputs and result to a local history list stored in the app's private on-device storage (AsyncStorage). This data:

• Never leaves your device
• Is never transmitted to our servers or any third party
• Is limited to your 50 most recent calculations
• Can be deleted at any time via Settings → Clear All History
• Is automatically deleted when you uninstall the app

3. Advertising

Best Calc App displays banner advertisements served by Google AdMob. We have configured AdMob to serve non-personalized ads only. This means:

• Your device's advertising identifier (IDFA/GAID) is not accessed
• Ads are selected based on the content of the app, not your personal profile
• No cross-app or cross-site tracking is performed
• No behavioural or interest-based ad targeting is used

AdMob may still collect aggregate, non-personally-identifiable technical information (such as device type and general region) to measure ad performance and prevent fraud. This is governed by Google's Privacy Policy .

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share any user data with third parties, except as described in Section 3 (AdMob, non-personally-identifiable only).

5. Children's Privacy

Best Calc App is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU). We do not knowingly collect any information from children.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

All app data is stored locally on your device. You can delete all stored calculation history at any time from Settings → Clear All History inside the app. Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data permanently.

7. Security

Because no data is transmitted to external servers, there is no server-side data to secure. Data stored on-device is protected by the iOS app sandbox and the device's own security features.

8. Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes to this privacy policy, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
